The “Bărăgan Salons” at the Lower Danube Museum from Calarasi
On Saturday, August 29, 2020, at the headquarters of the Lower Danube Museum from Călărași, was open the first edition of the “Bărăgan Salons”, an event realized in collaboration with the Visual Artists’ Union from Romania and the Association Branch of Religious Plastic Arts and Restoration : AFAPRR of the Visual Artists’ Union of Romania. The Lower Danube Museum is located on Progresului Street no. 4 from Calarasi. An exciting exhibition, brought together artists from Bucharest, Calarasi, Lehliu, Slobozia. Curator: Ana Amelia Dincă, art historian and critic.

“Contemporary art from Romania” at the Corvin Castle Museum of Hunedoara
At the Corvin Castle Museum of Hunedoara was open at September 1, 2020, the traveling exhibition “Contemporary art from Romania”, which the page in English of the Intell News(media partner) presented to you in February 2020, when it took place in Marktrodach, a municipality in the district of Kronach in Bavaria, Germany, as well as on July 4, 2020, when it took place the third, at the Casino Urban Culture Center from Cluj. The second exhibition opened in Petroșani, at the Ianza-Art Inter-Cultural Foundation Gallery, in March of this year. The fourth event, on July 17, at the National Museum of the Union from Alba Iulia, since July 15 to the end of July, 2020. And now is the fifth event, at the Corvin Castle Museum of Hunedoara, since September 1 to the end of September, 2020. You can see art works made by a number of 49 professional artists, most of them members of the Visual Artists’ Union from Romania, from the territorial branches, as well as from the branches from Bucharest. Curators of the exhibition are: Ami Vasilescu and Horia Gherghina. Mr. Sorin Tincu, archaeologist, director of the Corvin Castle Museum from Hunedoara, spoke at the opening. The museum is housed by one of the most beautiful medieval castles in Central and Southeastern Europe and has a mobile heritage that currently amounts to approx. 10,000 pieces that are divided into several collections. It is one of the largest castles in Europe and figures in lists of the Seven Wonders of Romania.

Bari- ITALY: the online international exhibition “TERRA”
“CLUB delle IDEE” art gallery, Bari, ITALY, organizes the online international exhibition “TERRA”. Due to the current situation worldwide, the exhibition takes place online. Participation was free. Conception and curatorship: “CLUB delle IDEE” art gallery, non-profit cultural association, President Marisa Mola.
The participation was extremely numerous, and the organizers selected a number of 38 visual artists from 8 countries: Argentina, Benin, Colombia, France, Italy, Morocco, Peru, Romania. The selection of participants ended on August 30, 2020, at midnight.
The 7 selected Romanian artists are members of the Visual Artists’ Union of Romania: Otilia Anastase, Cristian Boca, Irina Florescu, Cristina Georgescu, Claudiu Victor Gheorghiu, Cristian Olteanu, Irina Sava.
I participate with two selected artworks:
